XCLL3-A Die Cutting Machine with Clamp Feeding System
Usage and Characteristics
1. This series of die cutting machines are suitable for continuous cutting operation of nonmetal materials in rolls. The finished materials are widely used for such products as ball materials, shoe materials and medical supplies.
2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement of the cutting head. Rotating travel head can be available on request. Multilayers of materials can be clamped by the cylinder for stepping feeding.
3. The feeding length can be easily set by the human-computer interface or PLC control panel.
4. Clamp feeding system can be connected with hydraulic precise 4-column cutting machine as well as travel head die cutting machine, realizing automatic, efficient and labor saving cutting operation.
5. As the machine is controlled by microcomputer with high automation degree, only one worker is required for the whole machine, so that the production efficiency is 3- 5 times that of the normal cutting machine and the power can be saved by about 2/3.
6. Cutting force depends on customer’s application requirements. Machines with 300t cutting force are available on request.

We are in Yancheng city, three and a half hours' drive away from Shanghai, China.

4. How can I trust your quality?
- We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
- We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
- At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
- We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
- Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.
5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
Pls do not worry! Almost 50% of our overseas customers were in the same situation when buying first of our machines. We have skillful and experienced follow up service staff who have worked out a whole package of solutions catering to the need of our customers like you. Besides, we have a team of technicians available for overseas machine installing, testing and operation instruction.
