Scope applicable:
Various insulating materials such as self adhesive material, protective film, electronic shield materials,
PVC, film, Mylar, copper foil, aluminum foil, foam, etc. And LCD module parks: reflector, diffuser, gaskets, silicon tape.
Functional characteristics:
1. Automatic processing for feed-in, filming, die cutting, waster draining, slitting, rolling, all of them are completed by the computer control by one turn.
2. Roll to roll product makeing process, 12000 times per hour, the finished products can be in sheet shape or roll shape.
3. Second time material jointing and die cutting by using computer, controlled servo moter system by order.
4. Provide quiet working environment.
5. Infrared safty-guard system ( machine stop running automatically under the condition of block).
6. Can assemble hardware die.
