Product Description
AT202 Laboratory Carding Machine is part of the mini spinning system. It’s mainly used in university, researching center, etc. It is used to disentangle, clean and intermix fibers to produce a continuous web or sliver suitable for subsequent processing. By passing the fibers between differentially moving rollers covered with card clothing, it breaks up locks and unorganized clumps of fiber and then aligns the individual fibers to be parallel with each other.

★ Can be used for wool fiber or chemical fibers.
★ Can equipped with villus bucket or hopper to improve the quality of output sliver/web
★ It can produce web or sliver according to customer’s selection.
★ It is driven by a 2.2kw motor, equipped with a electric control cabinet and frequency converter to adjust the running speed.
★ With full-closed protective cover.
★ Two rollers feeding.
★ The main engine has a 6 pole 1.1 KW motor to drive, an electric control box controls, and with a totally enclosed protective cover
