HY1293-600 Automatic Single Yarn Warping Machine is used for automatic warping of production sample, weaving sample and small batch fabrics for lab. As the textile develops in the direction of small quantity, diverse kind and prompt delivery, so our company has developed HYl293 warping machine on the increasing requirements on product samples. It is widely used in the sampling in the industries including wool spinning, cotton spinning, colored woven and natural silk etc.
1. PLC control, integrated structure of mechanism, electricity and aerodynamic;
2. Accuracy of warp displacement reaches 0.01mm;
3. SMC (Japan) rotating cylinder used for color selection, accurate and reliable to change yarn;
4. Bobbin creel adopts air pressure type tension relaxation preventing structure, avoid tension relaxation while changing yarn;
5. Automatic warp break stop and yarn double winding stop.
