AT225 Lab Melt Spinning Machine is a lab scale melting spinning machine for preparing various polymer based composite fiber at micron or nano meter diameter,such as carbon composite, PTEE and PEEK, to explore new generation composite materials.
It adopts perspective organic glass door, easy to observe;
Touch screen display, easy to operate;
Thicken stainless steel feed cylinder to make sample heating more uniform;
Test temperature real-time monitoring, the max. Temperature can be 450℃;
With stirring function to ensure uniform heating;
With stainless steel winding roller, and there is a paper bobbin outside of the roller, easy to mount and dismount;
Extruding power source: inert gas cylinder, with whole air pressure regulation facility;
Winding wheel made of hard rubber materials
Speed is adjustable from 0-2800RPM.
The wheel is easy to installing and replacing.
Multi-hole is available upto 32 holes.
0.1mm hole can produce 5-10 micron diameter fiber depended winding wheel speed, which will provide a certain tensile force to make fiber diameter smaller.
