I. Product Description
The Beltrini 3500/25 is a dual-channel enhanced keyphasor module, belonging to the core board card of the 3500 series TSI rotating machinery condition monitoring protection system. It adopts a half-height frame design and can receive signals from eddy current and magneto-electric keyphasor sensors, collecting the rotational speed and phase reference pulses. It provides a synchronous time base for vibration, axial displacement, overspeed protection modules, and is used for vibration vector analysis, fault spectrum diagnosis, speed measurement, and overspeed interlock protection. It is widely used in online monitoring systems of key units such as steam turbines, gas turbines, and large compressors, and supports hot-swappable frames. It complies with API670 industrial safety standards.

The maximum number of 3500/25 modules that can be configured per 3500 frame is 2, and up to 4 keyphasor signals can be connected.

Product Performance
Dual-channel independent collection design, enabling dual-channel keyphasor redundant collection. A single sensor failure does not lose the speed and phase reference. This ensures reliable action of overspeed protection for the unit.
High-precision pulse signal conditioning, capable of accurately capturing the keyphasor pulses of the rotating shaft for each rotation/multiple rotations, supporting 1x and 2x frequency vibration amplitudes and phase analysis. It is a necessary timing signal for rotor imbalance, misalignment, and other fault diagnosis.
Built-in signal filtering, overvoltage and surge protection circuits, can shield electromagnetic interference from variable frequency drives and high-voltage equipment in the field, enabling long-term stable operation in strong interference industrial conditions of power plants and chemical plants.
Equipped with hardware self-check functions for sensor disconnection, abnormal signal amplitude, and frequency over-limit, faults are indicated by panel indicator lights and uploaded to the 3500 upper system.
Compatible with the old 3500 keyphasor module, hardware size and backplane interface are completely consistent. Old unit spare parts can be directly replaced without modifying the configuration.
Output buffered keyphasor signals can be externally connected to fault diagnosis instruments and transient data acquisition equipment to achieve offline precise fault analysis of the unit.
