Automatic vat double-head explosion-proof weighing and filling machine
Applicability of this machine:
This machine is suitable for products with low viscosity to high viscosity. The applicable filling capacity ranges from 50L to 1000L, and the accuracy reaches two thousandths (depending on the specifications of iron drums, product attributes and feeding pressure). The whole machine is sealed and explosion-proof, with the functions of automatic lid opening, automatic positioning, automatic filling, automatic lid closing and automatic output. Nitrogen charging device and exhaust device can be selected.

The filling system includes:
-SS304# stainless steel fully sealed metal filling head integrates two sets of automatic capping and capping systems.
-The bottom of the filling head is provided with a pneumatic pick-up spoon, so as to prevent the liquid from dripping into the iron drum and the conveying line after filling;
-Manual/peeling/gross weight filling. Automatic quick and slow filling;
-SS304 stainless steel metal hose adapter for easy operation and maintenance.
-Automatic filling above/below the liquid level, the automatic filling head enters the barrel with reset function.
-The weighing sensor and instrument system of TOLEDO are adopted;
-Adopt a weight-resistant weighing platform with sensors and overload protection system;
-All parts in contact with the product are sealed with SS304 stainless steel and PTFE;
-After the power is cut off, the filling head is automatically closed by the built-in spring to prevent the product from dripping.
-After filling, automatic resetting of filling head and safety interlocking system.
-Explosion-proof system of the whole machine, with Exp DIIBT4 as the standard
The control system includes:
-Siemens PLC/Omron control system;
-with start/stop switch, emergency stop and other buttons.
-Automatic alarm system for out-of-tolerance or empty filling.
