Metallized Film Demetallizing Machines
This Kingsun new designed metallized film demetallizing machines(also name as de-metallizing machine,demetalizing machine) is suitable for packaging materials:
Metallized BOPP thickness of 20~100μm, laser film, transfer film or printed film
Metallized PET thickness of 12~100μm, laser or printed film
PVC thickness of 30~200μm metallized, laser film, transfer film or printed film
Laser demetallizing of holographic products.
The operation of this demetallizing machine have two ways:
(1) Chemical liquid washing: chemical tank+ water tank+ dry oven
(2) Water washing: water tank + dry oven
After demetallizing the metallized film, the film will be partly wash the metal (Al),so can see through the package.The window size and shape through rotogravure printing so can make the design as you wish.
It can greatly improve the level of flexible packaging.
