Multi-piston automatic filling machine is a new generation automatic filling machine developed by our company with many years of production experience and world advanced technology. It adopts servo motor control, piston quantitative principle, electrical appliances and pneumatic components are selected from world-famous brands, and PLC is controlled by man-machine interface. It has the characteristics of novel design, beautiful appearance, friendly interface, strong adaptability, simple operation, accurate filling quantity and convenient maintenance. It is widely used for filling all kinds of liquids, viscous substances and pastes, changing the filling valve (that is, becoming a multi-head full-automatic filling machine for thick sauce), and also filling semi-fluids, pastes and sauces containing particles.

① Servo motor control, well-known brand electrical and pneumatic components, low failure rate, reliable performance and long service life. ② Piston cylinder is made of 10mm seamless stainless steel pipe, with high precision and good quality; High-strength stainless steel frame, easy disassembly and assembly, easy cleaning, conforming to GMP requirements ③ Easy adjustment of filling quantity and filling speed, operation and display by touch screen, beautiful appearance; ④ It is equipped with bottle-free and filling-free function, and the liquid level is automatically controlled for feeding; ⑤ Bottles of different shapes and specifications can be quickly adjusted without changing parts; ⑥ The filling head is equipped with a special anti-leakage device, and there is no wire drawing and dripping during filling. Note: The filling range and speed can be designed according to the user's requirements.
