ZHXG-FB automatic capping and screwing machine is a fully automatic sealing machine developed according to the shortcomings of automatic capping and screwing machines in the market. The machine is controlled by PLC touch screen, which is convenient to adjust; Advanced vibrating cap-arranging mechanism, punching cap-top cap to avoid cap offset; Straight-line bottle feeding, suitable for bottles of various shapes (bottles must be able to stand on the conveying line); Both the top cover and the screw cover have bottle mouth clamping mechanisms to ensure the top cover is correct and prevent the screw cover bottle from rotating. The screwing strength of the cover can be adjusted electronically, which is superior to the mechanical adjustment mechanism. The machine has simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance, and is an ideal supporting equipment for all kinds of filling machines.
