The principle of electronic metering filling machine is to feed through its own high-level tank, and the filling measuring cup is designed in the high-level tank of the filling machine, and the liquid is transported to the measuring cup by a stainless steel pump, so that the liquid level in the cup is kept consistent and the pressure is constant, and the opening time of a rotary bump head is controlled by PLC for filling. Because the pressure in the measuring cup is constant, the filling accuracy can be controlled at +-1ml, thus achieving high-precision filling.
Main features:
1. For some highly corrosive products, this machine can choose imported PTFE valves, PTFE hoses and sealing materials, thus avoiding the corrosion of materials.
2. The parts in contact with the materials meet GMP standards. During each filling, the filling head extends into the bottle, and the bottle is sealed to ensure that the liquid does not bubble and overflow, and the liquid level in the bottle is consistent.
3. Low-position liquid storage cylinder is adopted, which makes the whole machine easy to clean and disinfect.
4. The filling head has no dripping phenomenon. Do not fill the bottle when it is not in place to prevent misoperation and keep the working area clean. The bottle mouth clamping device is adopted, and after the bottle mouth is accurately positioned, the filling head extends into the bottle to realize filling.
5. This machine can be equipped with 8~16 filling heads, and the output and filling quantity can be adjusted at will.
6. Easy to adjust the filling amount, easy to operate and easy to maintain. Bottles of different specifications can be replaced and filled in a short time.
