Overview of ZHGA-YL straight-line overflow defoaming liquid filling machine (commonly used for foaming liquids in various industries): ZHGA-YL straight-line overflow defoaming liquid filling machine is suitable for filling foaming liquids, as well as non-foaming liquids. Liquid filling can not only prevent foam from overflowing, but also keep the liquid level consistent. It can be used alone or in line with other equipment. It is an ideal defoaming liquid level filling machine in China at present. This machine integrates domestic and foreign advanced technologies, adopts PLC and electronic optical fiber sensor control, and microcomputer control operation. It can completely fill bottles without stopping filling. This equipment adopts overflow filling mechanism. When filling, the filling head presses the bottle mouth to close the bottle mouth, and when the filling head closes the bottle mouth, the filling valve automatically opens to fill the bottle. After filling, the filling head automatically rises, and the filling head automatically closes, with no material dripping. The surface of the filled bottle is clean and sanitary, and no liquid overflows the bottle mouth. The equipment is suitable for filling various liquids, such as pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, food and beverage, cosmetics and other industries. The equipment surface and material contact surface are made of 304 stainless steel, which has no dripping, easy cleaning, no dead angle, and fully meets the requirements of national hygiene standards. Features: 1. The advanced pneumatic valve is used for filling, and the reflux filling head can suck back foam and excess liquid, so as to prevent foam and excess liquid from overflowing, prevent dripping and keep 2. The low liquid storage cylinder is adopted, which makes the whole machine easy to clean and disinfect. 3. The bottle mouth clamping device is adopted. After the bottle mouth is accurately positioned, the filling head extends into the bottle to realize filling. 4.
