Semi-automatic double-head weighing filling machine: This product is an intelligent product with program control, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration, and has the following characteristics:
1. Adopt digital instrument control, calculate accurately and quickly, monitor the operation of filling machine in real time, and realize modern management.
2. The weighing module adopts the weighing sensor, which is stable and reliable, and its quality is guaranteed.
3. The high-speed filling machine adopts unpowered roller conveying, which can convey 40kg vats (conveying weights of other specifications can be customized).
4. The filling valve adopts pneumatic valve, which has good sealing effect and ensures no dripping.
5 The conveying pipeline, power pump (middle-end products can use storage box instead of power pump) and the machine body of the high-speed filling machine are made of S304 stainless steel. Built-in frequency converter can adjust the feeding speed of material pump to ensure the filling speed.
6: Low-speed filling machine adopts self-flow weighing filling in storage box, PLC without pump and touch screen, and digital instrument control. Simple structure and affordable price.
Scope of application: It is mainly used for large-dose quantitative filling of edible oil, soy sauce and chemical raw materials, especially for automatic quantitative filling of coatings and oils in chemical industry, and also for automatic quantitative filling of emulsion materials in food and pharmaceutical industry (the user provides material samples and some characteristic parameters). Suitable filling materials: 1. Coatings: waterproof coatings (component A, component B, silicone), emulsion, exterior paint, asphalt, paint, etc. 2. Food category: milk, edible oil, cream, etc. 3. Daily chemicals: detergent, laundry detergent and toilet cleaner. Weighing range: 0-40kg.
Filling speed: 120-240 times/hour (note that the filling speed of low-speed filling machine is 120 barrels/hour, 25KG meter, and that of high-speed filling machine is 240 barrels/hour, 25KG meter) edible oil measurement.
