PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
3 in 1 HCL synthesis furnace is mainly used to produce HCL acid. It combines synthesis section, cooling section and absorbing section together. The extra tail gas absorber must be added to do treatment for tail gas. Compared with 2 in 1 synthesis furnace, smaller space is required for 2 in 1 HCL synthesis furnace.And also, the heat generated in the synthesis process can be recovered as hot water or steam according to customers requirement.Bottom burner or top burner of the furnace is optional, while bottom burner is better in operation.
