Application
Large Dehydration Volume Online Fuel Oil Filtration Machine is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, such as engine oil, gear oil, shipping oil, fuel oil, mineral oil, etc, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This products, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities, aim at turbine oil's nature of high water content, easy emulsifiable and high impurity content, and make the oil recover the new oil's nature.
Assen integrate the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying and automatic demulsifying technologies in this machine, which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil effctively. Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency makes turbine oil and lubricating oil to be clear and limpid.
Features:
1. It can purify any kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.
2. Air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
3. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours (it's optional).
4. Aluminum electric control cabinet has the merits of heat conducting and anti-explosion.
5. The automatic series model has the following merits:
(1)Automatic oil purifier series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
(2)The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
(3)The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.
