Technical features
1. Certificate exemption-----The design water capacity of this steam boiler is 29L according to the installation conditions of TSG G0001-2012 "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations". No installation notice is required, no boiler use certificate, no annual boiler inspection, no personnel operation certificate and no implementation Installation supervision and inspection, easy to use and simple to operate.
2. Fast gas production ---- The steaming time is short, the gas production time is only 5 minutes, and the rated working pressure of 1.0 can be reached in 10 minutes. The use of steam is fast and flexible, and the gas production is sufficient.
3. Multiple protections---electronic overpressure protection, mechanical safety valve overpressure protection, water shortage protection, leakage protection, overheating protection, burner flameout protection, water level logic error protection, etc.
4. No scale formation --- No need to install water treatment (made of superconducting special materials, no need to install water softening equipment,) never scale formation. No fouling, no worries, higher thermal effect, no need for tedious descaling work.
5. Low smoke exhaust and high thermal efficiency --- Equipped with integrated (energy-saving + condensation) condensing converter ---High temperature economizer and low temperature condenser for exhaust gas tail discharge, exhaust gas temperature as low as 50℃, natural gas/liquefied gas After combustion, the steam condenses to release a large amount of high latent heat value, which fully absorbs the high heat value of natural gas, the thermal efficiency reaches more than 108%, the energy saving is 20-30%, and the loss is effectively reduced.
