Application
Transformer shutdown time increase because of the aging transformer oil. So transformer oil purification is an very important step of transformer maintenance. PLC High Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine is used in repair of power transformers and reactors with voltage up to 110 kV inclusively, and for recondition of transformer oils and also at mineral oil facilities in view of further regeneration.
PLC High Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine is mainly used to purify insulating oil, improve the properties of insulation oil, and also can be used to transformer vacuum filling. It can remove water content, gas, particulate matter and so on. It can remove the impurities from the transformer oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost the performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inducts, cable, and capacitors which have insulation system. It equips double stage vacuum pump which can ensure the quality after treatment. It specialize in purifying waste transformer oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. After treatment, the BDV of transformer oil will be above 75kv.
