Application
In the transformer maintenance project, it is very important to measure the dielectric strength and dry of transformer oil . For keeping transformer oil absolutely clean and dry with a suitable breakdown voltage, our Assen develops Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Equipment, which uses two stages vacuum dehydration and degasification system. We also install a three-stage filtering system for removing particles well. Assen Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway, and others project. For this full enclosed type, Assen special designed a door for outside use, which can protect the machine and extend the service life time.
Features
1. Operational control can be a switch- and relay-logic or PLC (Optional) with touchscreen online test and monitoring equipment
2. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
3. Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element,multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliability.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping.
