 2.If you need us to help you to look for shipping company , please tell us your port .

 3.Our standard voltage is 220v single phase , or 380v 3ph ; if your voltage is different from ours , we can add transformer for you .

 4.If you have any question for our machine and company , please feel free to contact us by email or online .

 5. How long is the delivery time? For standard machines, it would be 10 days; For non-    standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

 6. How about the documents after shipment?

 After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients

 7. How is the packing?

 8. How to pay to you?

 T/T in advance ,We can accept 30% deposit , and balance paid to us before delivery machine to you .
