Advantages of PVDF UF membrane
1. High oxidation resistance, cleaning resistance: high quality polyvinylidene fluoride materials determine the high chemical stability of membrane products, and the high chemical stability of the membrane makes it resistant to high concentration oxidant cleaning, which can, effectively prevent bacteria and other microbial reproduction;
2.High flux: high porosity of the product, ensuring high flux;
3.High strength, good flexibility: high strength at the same time, flexibility is very good. Air cleaning can be used,low rate of breakage;
4.High pollution resistance: through hydrophilic modification, the pollution resistance of the product is greatly improved;
5.Water quality: the membrane has small nominal pore size, during using, it can remove almost all suspended particles, microorganisms, colloids, bacteria and bacteria;
6.Long service life: the module usually adopts the external pressure structure which is not easy to be blocked. The membrane has the larger filtration area and the higher pollution interception quantity, easy to clean. The membrane surface pollution can be cleared in time, ensuring the membrane service life to be longer.
