Functions:
1. To master Ultrafiltration Micro-filtration membrane effciency measuring method;

3. Split membrane module, for further understand membrane’s inside structure;
4. Determine changing relationship between salt (solute)’s rate of removal and operation pressure
Main configuration:
Water tank, filtrate, water pump, flowmeter,ultrafiltration component, pressure instrument, pipeline, valve, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Water tank, filtrate: made of high quantity PVC or stainless steel material, volume about 15-20L.
2. Filter components: polypropylene mesoporous fibre, aperture: 0.01-0.3mu, porosity: 50%-55% , molecular cut off: 50 thousands, available for aseptic filtration. Using temperature: 44°C-73°C; maximum working pressure: 4kg/cm2.
3. Water pump: flow: 1m3/h, lift: 15m, power: 370W.
4. Flowmeter: adopts with LZB-10 liquid rotameter, measuring range 6-60L/H.
5. Control panel board and experiment bench as 304 high quality stainless steel; impact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easy operation.
