Microna ultra-filtration membrane has been successfully employed in vareity of application
including municipal /seawater/brackish water and water/wastewater treatment,industrial
biotechnology,wine/juice/ dairy /whey/gelatin/vinegar/ludox/emulsion/fermentation/pectin liquid filter and separation,e-coating paint /milk/protein/polypeptide filtration and concentration,purification of pharmaceuticals,PVA and indigo recovery,potable water production or secondary wastewater reuse.
Hollow fiber crossflow membrane operates efficiently and low consumpation,with fluid flowing through the center and permerate passing through the fiber wall to the outside of the membrane.A design that is highly flexible and easily handles large volumes for circulation,dead-end,cross flow and single-pass operations.100--4 000 liters/hour water/liquid flux of a module.

3.Feature of High Quality Membrane Ultrafiltration Membrane Ultrafiltration machine
1.The membrane silk is made of PP (polypropylene). With our unique technology, the fiber is modified and enhanced to have high strength and high toughness, so that it can work under a variety of bad conditions;
2.Outer and inner diameter of the membrane silk are 500 and 400um. It is so thin that we can install more silks (about 60 ) to 72 thousand pieces, and the total membrane area is about 60m2) into a UF shell, and suspended solids in the water can quickly plug the cross section even when the silk is broken;
3.The filtration mode is out to in, the water to be treated can flow into the membrane module from either side of it, makingthe worry about wrong installation not necessary. And because of this filtration mode, the pore on the surface of membrane silk can shrink during filtering, so it can have a higher filtering precision. And the pore will expand during backwashing, so it can wash away some big particles to clean the membrane at the most. All of these make our product act perfect in working process;
4.Our enhanced modified PP material has great fouling resistant ability, and it can recover its performance by backwash instead of chemical cleaning. It can reduce the damage to the membrane silk and save the cost on chemicals;
5.The shell is made of UPVC.
