Product Overview
The UF4040-1X single-spiral wound ultrafiltration system is a lab & pilot-scale cross-flow membrane separation equipment independently developed by Chlory Innovation Center, equipped with one standard 4040 spiral wound ultrafiltration membrane element. It adopts physical membrane filtration technology without phase change, dedicated to clarification, decolorization, impurity removal, separation and concentration of liquid materials.
The system realizes selective interception by molecular weight cut-off (MWCO): intercept macromolecular impurities (protein, colloid, pigment, polysaccharide, suspended solids) and permeate small-molecule target components; or retain effective ingredients while removing inorganic salts, small molecular heterochromatins and water. It replaces traditional activated carbon decolorization, resin impurity removal, solvent extraction and other processes, significantly improving product yield and quality, and reducing production energy consumption and operating costs.

Standard 4-inch×40-inch specification, optional MWCO range: 1kDa–200kDa; membrane materials: PES/PS/PVDF sanitary grade polymer; effective membrane area 4.5–7.5M2, multiple flow channel spacers (13–120mil) optional for high-viscosity/high-solid feed liquid.
304 Sanitary Stainless Steel Membrane Housing
Quick-disconnect clamp structure, mirror polishing inner surface, food & pharmaceutical sanitary standard, easy disassembly for membrane replacement and cleaning.
Circulation & Feed Power Unit
Frequency conversion stainless steel centrifugal pump, pressure stepless adjustment 0–25bar, stable cross-flow circulation, low energy consumption.
Material Circulation Tank
Sanitary stainless steel tank, built-in temperature detection interface, supporting heating/cooling external circulation.
Automatic Control Cabinet
PLC full automatic control, real-time monitoring of pressure, flow, temperature; integrated online CIP cleaning program, manual/automatic switching mode.
Pipeline & Valves
All contact parts adopt sanitary stainless steel pipe, diaphragm valve, pressure sensor, flow meter, backwashing pipeline reserved.
Mobile Frame
Carbon steel plastic-sprayed frame with universal brake casters, easy to move for laboratory and pilot test.
