Product Overview

The UF4040-1X single-spiral wound ultrafiltration system is a lab & pilot-scale cross-flow membrane separation equipment independently developed by Chlory Innovation Center, equipped with one standard 4040 spiral wound ultrafiltration membrane element. It adopts physical membrane filtration technology without phase change, dedicated to clarification, decolorization, impurity removal, separation and concentration of liquid materials.

The system realizes selective interception by molecular weight cut-off (MWCO): intercept macromolecular impurities (protein, colloid, pigment, polysaccharide, suspended solids) and permeate small-molecule target components; or retain effective ingredients while removing inorganic salts, small molecular heterochromatins and water. It replaces traditional activated carbon decolorization, resin impurity removal, solvent extraction and other processes, significantly improving product yield and quality, and reducing production energy consumption and operating costs.
