Main usage and application
TBBZ series high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device automatic reactive power tracks compensates through the control system capacitor bank automatic tracking switching according to the 6KV, 10KV power supply bus network and load conditions to let power factor reach 0.9 or more, which greatly optimizes power quality, reduces losses and reduce consumption, and increases the transmission capacity of transmission and distribution systems.

Working conditions
1. Altitude: not higher than 1000m.
2. Ambient temperature: -25 ~ + 55 ℃.
3. Relative humidity: no more than 85%.
4. No explosive medium is allowed in the operating place. The surrounding medium should not contain corrosive and destruction-insulating gas and conductive medium. It is not allowed to be filled with water vapor and severe mold.
Features
1. The device can run for a long time under a stable overvoltage of 1.1 times the rated working voltage.
2. The device can run continuously under over current with a root mean square value not exceeding 1.3 times the rated current of the capacitor bank.
3. The device adopts vacuum contactor to switch, which can be operated frequently.
4. Each group of capacitors is equipped with discharge coil, which can reduce the residual voltage to below 50V within 5 seconds.
5. Each group of capacitors can be protected by a relay or a microcomputer protection control unit to achieve capacitor bank over current, voltage imbalance, system under voltage, and overvoltage protection. When a certain group of capacitors fails, this group of capacitors can be cut off without affecting the use of other capacitors.
6. A single capacitor is protected by a spray fuse, and each group is equipped with surge arrester for operation over-voltage and lightning over-voltage protection.
7. Large-screen LCD display controller, real-time display of system voltage, current, power factor, with RS232/RS485 standard communication interface, which can achieve "four remote" function.
8. Each group can be equipped with a reactor to suppress the closing inrush current or suppress harmonic amplification.
Structure
1. Drop-out fuse, as short-circuit protection and double as an isolating switch, the upper end connects from the high-voltage line, and the lower end is connected to the arrester and the box.
2. Lightning arrester for absorbing operation overvoltage.
3. Sealed switch box, the top is a sleeve for inlet line, there is voltage transformer (for vacuum switch operation power supply and voltage protection), current transformer, vacuum contactor in the box. Other controllers and indicators are installed in the control box, which is isolated from the high voltage part.
4. External capacitor type, there is an outlet bushing on the side of the box, and the capacitors are distributed on one side of the box, respectively connected to this outlet bushing. The top of the box is a rain cover and a lifting ring is used for lifting. The switch box is installed on the platform between the two poles, and the control box is fixed on the pole.
5. Sampling current transformers, a dedicated outdoor open-type current transformer installed in phase A of the line.
