TBBX low-voltage reactive power local compensation device is a power-saving product using self-healing shunt capacitors. It is installed next to the inductive load, in parallel with the inductive load, with the same frequency, and directly performs reactive power compensation, which fundamentally improves the power factor of the power grid, reduces line losses, improves the power supply voltage of the end load, and digs out the power supply potential of distribution system. It is a new generation of power-saving products.
Performance
1. The actual power factor COSφ of the motor can be increased above 0.95.
2. Reduce line loss and transformer loss, more than 10 % electricity can be saved for enterprises.
3. Reducing the apparent power of transformers and lines, 35% capacity of the transformer can be actually increased.
4. Reduce the line current, which can reduce the cross-sectional area of the wire by 10 ~ 30%.
5. Extend the life of electrical appliances such as switch contacts by more than 40%.
6. Improving the quality of electricity can increase the terminal voltage of the motor by 3 ~ 5%.
7.150~300 kWh per year can be saved for every years of 1,000 compensation capacity (calculated based on the annual running time of the motor of 1500 ~ 3000 hours).
