The high-voltage collective shunt capacitor is mainly used for reactive power compensation in power frequency power systems to improve the power factor of the power grid, improve the voltage quality, reduce equipment and line losses, maximize the efficiency of power supply equipment.
Features:
1.Large capacity& less land occupation (several capacitor units assembled in one oil tank).
2.Convenient installation& maintenance (using inner fuse series connected with components, when one component failure, the fuse act& disconnected, the capacity has only a slight change, which does not affect the normal operation of the capacitor to extend the maintenance cycle and improve the operation reliability).
3.It is especially suitable for large-scale substation centralized compensation and urban power grid transformation
Main technical performance:
1. Operating temperature rise: the temperature rise of the enclosure ≤10℃, and the temperature of the inner hottest point does not exceed 70℃.
2. Partial discharge: the partial discharge of the capacitor <50pc under 1.5 times the rated voltage.
3. It allows long-term operation at 1.05Un, and can run no more than 30min in 24h at 1.15Un.
4. It is allowed to operate under steady-state over current with an effective value of 1.30 times the rated current due to overvoltage and higher harmonics. For capacitors with the largest positive capacitance deviation, steady-state over current is allowed to reach 1.43 times the rated current.
5. Capacitance deviation: 0 ~ + 10%. The ratio between the maximum capacitance value and the minimum capacitance value measured between any two line terminals of the three-phase capacitor is not greater than 1.6.
6. The loss tangent value (tanδ) of the capacitor at the power frequency rated voltage at the temperature of 20℃ is not greater than 0.0005.
7. After the capacitor is disconnected from the power supply, the residual voltage is released through an external discharge coil, which decreases from√2un to 50V is not more than 5S. By special order, it can be discharged through the built-in discharge resistor in the capacitor, and the residual voltage drops from√2 un to less than 75V within 10 minutes.
8. According to user’s needs, we can provide various special environmental products such as products of wet tropical areas, plateau areas and polluted areas.
Conditions of use:
1.The altitude of installation and operation does not exceed 2000m.
2.The ambient air temperature range of the installation area is -25~+ 45 ° C and -40 ° C~+ 40 ° C.
3.The installation site should be free of harmful gases and steam, free of conductive or explosive dust, and free of severe mechanical vibration.
4.Products suitable for special environmental conditions can be provided on request.
Structure
1.The collective capacitor is mainly composed of capacitor body, oil tank, casing and the likes.
2. The body is composed of different numbers of fully-enclosed capacitor units series and parallel connected according to the rated voltage and rated capacity ,which fixed on a section steel bracket. The components can be provided with inner fuses.
3.The shell is made of steel, and the shell is filled with insulating oil, which plays a role of heat dissipation and insulation.
4.The casing on the cover plays the role of electrical connection and external insulation.
5. Hangings are welded on both sides of the body, and bases and grounding bolts are installed on the bottom.
