CKSC series high-voltage dry iron core series reactor is mainly used for 6kV~35kV power system to connect in series with high voltage capacitor bank, which can effectively suppress and absorb higher harmonics, limit closing inrush current and operating over voltage, protect capacitor bank and improve system voltage waveform to improve the power factor of the grid.
Structural features
1.The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase, both of which are epoxy cast.
2.The iron core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. After high-speed punching, it has the characteristics of small burrs, uniform rules, and neat and beautiful laminations, ensuring low-temperature rise and low noise during reactor operation.
3.The coil is epoxy cast type. Epoxy glass mesh is placed inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. The F-level epoxy casting system is used to cast under vacuum. The coil not only has good insulation performance, but also has good mechanical strength and can withstand high current shock and hot and cold shock without cracking.
4.The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water and has low partial discharge, and can be safely operated under harsh environmental conditions.
5.The upper and lower ends of the coil adopt epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock-proof pads, which effectively reduces the vibration of the coil during operation.
Conditions of Use
1.The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
2.Operating ambient temperature: -25℃~+45℃, relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
3.There is no harmful gas around and no flammable and explosive materials.
4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation.
Performance and technical parameters
1.System voltage: 6kV, 10kV, 10.5kV, 11kV.
2.Reactance rate: 1%, 4.5%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 12%, 14%.
3.Insulation level: F level, reactor noise: ≤45dB.
4.Overload capacity: continuous operation at ≤1.35times
5.The imbalance between the reactor phases and phases is not greater than ±3%, and the inductance error is controlled within+3%.

SVG dry-type iron core inlet reactor
The SVG inlet reactor is connected at the front of the SVG device, and its role is as follows:
1.Used to connect SVG device with the power grid to achieve energy buffering.
2.Reduce the ripple of SVG switch and reduce common mode interference.
3.Suppress the sudden change of current when the inverter is connected to the power grid, and realize the current smoothing effect.
4.If necessary, the grid voltage can be changed to a voltage suitable for inverter operation.
