DMD-Dacron fabric/Polyester film/Dacron fabric
combination insulation material
Structure:
DMD consists of 6020 transparent polyester film or 6021 milky polyester film,covered on both sides with dacron non-woven fabric. The adhesive is acid-free and heat-resistant.
Properties:
DMD has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Thanks to its smooth surface DMD can be easily processed on automatic machines. The impregnation (saturation) with a high grade varnish improves the thermal stability of the combination.
Application:
DMD is used as slot- and phase- insulation for low voltage motors or as interlayer insulation for transformers.

Inner core: 76 mm.

Width: die-cut different width upon customer's demand.

Storage:
We recommend to storage in dry atmosphere with no dust.
