There are three starch dewatering machine that Henan Jinrui can provide with you. They are peeler centrifuge, vacuum filter and hydraulic press.
Peeler centrifuge
Automatic siphon centrifuge is a solid-liquid separation equipment which adopts continuous operation and intermittent discharging. It is widely used in processing of starch for dehydration of starch slurry. The starch is dehydrated to reach the required water content (less than 40%). After dehydration by peeler centrifuge, the water content of cassava starch can reach 36.5%.
Vacuum filter
Vacuum filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment used in sweet potato starch and potato starch production lines. The material contacting parts of the equipment are all made of stainless steel, and the speed of the vacuum drum can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The filter tank is equipped with a reciprocating agitator to prevent starch deposits.
Hydraulic press
The hydraulic press is widely used in Garri dewatering process. The hydraulic principle is used to extricate the water in the crushed cassava. It uses a hydraulic system and a reliable electronic control system to ensure the effect of dehydration and operation safety.
