HTC pneumatic tooth and tooth plate clutch is a special friction clutch, its two tooth plates are separated. After supplying air source, driving and driven tooth plate connected for power transmission.

HTC model air shaft tooth clutch is linked with air pressure, released by return springs. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving tooth plate to slide along the direction of the axis, driving tooth plate compressed driven tooth plate to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate are separated by return springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.

This pneumatic inner tooth clutch is linked by two ends of tooth engaged in axia movement after supplying air pressure, released by return springs after exhausting air pressure. Its structure is very similar with BTC, BTC and HTP model pneumtic tooth clutch are both tooth clutch. The difference is BTC clutch two ends of tooth are integrated, while HTC clutch's tooth plate are separated, they can be taken out independently.

When used in either static or low speed engagement applications, tooth clutches and clutch couplings provide an efficient, positive, switchable link between a motor and load on in-line or parallel shafts. While the field (electromagnet) assembly is prevented from rotating by a fixed flange, the rotor is generally attached to the input shaft.
