HTP-20 air shaft tooth plates clutch for power transmission
HTP air shaft tooth plates clutch is like a connector, it is linking the driving part and driven part directly, which is used for power transmission. Except this, clutch linking, it doesn't need to start and stop motor always, so as to protect the motor and prolong motor's service life. At the same time, this clutch can save energy and protect the environment in a degree.
HTP pneumatic inner tooth clutch is linked by two ends of tooth engaged in axia movement after supplying air pressure, released by return springs after exhausting air pressure. Working thoery is similar with BTC pneumatic tooth clutch.
There are some models of these internal tooth clutch: HTP-20, HTP-30, HTP-40, HTP-60, HTP-80, HTP-140, HTP-200, HTP-350. Their dimension is the same with ASAHI CTHP models tooth clutch, so they can replace CTHP-2, CTHP-16, CTHP-25, CTHP-38, CTHP-55, CTHP-75, CTHP-130, CTHP-207,X, CTHP-350 in relevantly. The torque is from 200N.m to 3500N.m.

There are some models of this clutch: HTP-20, HTP-30, HTP-40, HTP-60, HTP-80, HTP-140, HTP-200, HTP-350, their torque is from 200N.m to 3500N.m.
From above technical data, we can know this HTP clutch is with compact size, while transmit high torque. For example, HTP-60, it axial size is 117mm, radial dimension is 154mm, net weight is only 7.2kgs, while it transmits torque can be reached to 600N.m.
