ZZX or ZZW series self-priming pump is an energy-saving pump product developed by absorption, digestion and improvement based on relevant technical data at home and abroad. The pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and it is only necessary to ensure that there is a fixed amount of liquid in the pump body before operation. Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified and the working conditions are improved.
ZZX type is horizontal self-priming clean water pump, while ZZW type is horizontal self-priming sewage pump
Flow range: 6.3 ~ 400m3 / h; Head range: 5 ~ 132m; Speed: 2900, 1450r / min;
Power: 0.55 ~ 110KW; Inlet diameter: 50 ~ 200mm; Working pressure: 1.6Mpa.
Application fields: suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dyestuff, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, tanker unloading, etc. It is suitable for clear water, sea water, and chemical medium liquid with acid and alkalinity and slurry with general paste (medium viscosity ≤ 100 CP, solid content below 30%). Equipped with a rocker boom sprinkler, it can also flush the water into the air and spray it into small droplets for spraying. It is a good tool for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press. It is an ideal matching pump for feeding slurry to filter press.
