ZCP pump absorbs the advanced technology at home and abroad. On the basis of summing up the technical defects of ZIH and ZIP chemical pumps, the horizontal single suction cantilever centrifugal pump is developed, designed and renewed. The pump has excellent performance, good cavitations resistance and strong bearing capacity (large bracket).
All bearings are domestic high-quality bearings, reliable operation and long service life. The bearings of transmission parts are installed by hot sleeve, without damage to other parts.
Cooling water is used to cool down the transmission bearing box, so that the bearing lubricating oil and bearing temperature are controlled.
The medium seal adopts the cartridge mechanical seal to ensure the normal use in the transportation, high temperature, high pressure, containing fine particles and special medium.
ZCP pump performance range (design point): Quantity of Flow 3.2 ~ 400m3 / h, Head: 5 ~ 200m, transmission medium temperature is generally - 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, according to the corrosion of the transmission medium to the pump, the user can select the corresponding corrosion-resistant materials.
