DZH series coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution. This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is moving grate. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal and biomass fuel, the diameter of coal should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%, and for the biomass fuel, carbon content should less than 50%, sulphur content less than 0.08%, and ash content less than 3%.

1,Horizontal,3 pass and large furnace
Ensure the sufficient combustion.
The large diameter boiler increase the heating surface to ensure the high thermal efficiency.
2,The spirally corrugated tube
Strength the heat transfer and improve the thermal efficiency .The smoke in the tube has the distribution effect,the dust not easy to deposit ,the tube can cleat by itself.
3,High temperature resistance refractory brick
The furnace wall is poured by the heat resistance concrete and high temperature resistance refractory brick,decrease heat loss,increase the boiler thermal efficiency.
4,The economizer
Made of ND corrosion resistance steel,make full use of gas heat .reduce the exhaust temperature improve thermal efficiency.
Technical specification
1.Steam Boiler type is horizontal quick boiler, working medium natural circulation.
The boiler heat exchange system is composed of boiler drum, left and right collecting box, and water cooling wall.
2. Advanced design performance:
The main heating surface tube of the boiler is made of 20# low and medium pressure boiler with seamless steel tube, boiler tube made of special steel plate.The left and right collecting boxes are made of seamless steel tubes.
3. The boiler arch is made of refractory concrete.The back arch is low and long, so the combustion is good. The two wing flue and side wall bricks are made of refractory sintered bricks.The front wall and back wall of boiler are made of general firebrick.
