UV coating varnish
1. Component:
The coating is mainly composed of an unsaturated resin, a photoinitiator and a reactive solvent. It is one-liquid type UV curable coating, which has a one-liquid type and is easy to operate, and has a strong two-liquid type paint. The network structure of the three-degree space of toughness. It is used for glazing of paper products, printed directly on paper products, without varnishing, and has excellent adhesion.

3. Characteristics:
Appearance: transparent liquid
Viscosity: 40~60 seconds, 25℃(T-4 cup).
Gloss: > 85° (60° GU)
Scuff resistant : 600 times
Flexibility: qualified, no cracking (1mm, 180)
Hardening speed: 50-80m/min (80w/in/piece)
Hardness: H (pencil hardness)
4. Uses:
It is mainly used on white paper and coated paper for good adhesion.
5. Instructions:
1. Use directly into the tank without adding solvent.
2. When the temperature is below 15℃ , the oil tank should be kept warm (30℃) to avoid oiling difficulties.
3. If used in combination with UV varnish YH-225, it will increase the
brightness.
4. Regularly clean and check the scraper and steel roller to ensure that it is scraped, otherwise the paper will stick to the sticky oil on the back.
5. When stopping, clean the rubber wheel with solvent such as toluene, ethyl acetate, isopropanol or ethanol.
6. Few inks will react chemically with UV varnish , and the adhesion will be poor or even discolored. Special attention should be paid when making plates.
7. UV lamps should be replaced at regular intervals.
