DBG-203 factory supply disc brake equiped with 3# air cylinder
Economic air caliper disc brake offers stable, effective and adjustable braking force. Vertical type installation, save space, open-type friction plate good for heat dissipation. Two-cut lining is easy for exchange, not contains asbestos, braking disc thickness 10-20mm available. Waterproof, dust-proof and heat resistance, can be frequent usage, function stable. Use air pressure as action resource, no electric spark, explosion-proof, safe and reliable. Braking force is adjustable, braking torque range is wide. Good dissipation, lining is wearable, two-cut type is easy for exchange.
DBG vertical mounted pneumatic brake is driven by air pressure, it is a normal releasing brake with air cylinder head. That is to say when there is no air supply, brake is released, two pieces of friction pads separated; after supplying air source into air chamber, piston pushed friction pads forward and clamped steel disc for braking. For this straight brake, friction pads and air cylinder head is in the same level, so there is no left and right models for distinguish.
DBG brake is a kind of vertical caliper disc brake with air cylinder head. There are three size of air cylinder heads available: 3#, 4# and 5#. And this straight air brake is suitable for braking disk thickness is 10mm and 20mm. So its model includes DBG103, DBG104, DBG105 and DBG203, DBG204, DBG205.
This DBG pneumatic caliper disc brake is a vertical mounted brake. Brake is equiped with different size of air cylinder head, so it produces braking force is different, too. There are six models of it: DBG103, DBG104,DBG105, DBG203,DBG204,DBG205.The DBG103, DBG104,DBG105 three models air caliper disc brake is suitable for braking disc thickness is 10mm braking. And DBG203, DBG204, DBG205 three models pneumatic caliper disc brakes are suitable for 20mm braking disc thickness plate. Although their braking disc thickness is different, while their braking force is the same.
From above "air pressure vs torque" table, we can see that for DBG10 and DBG20 when the braking disk larger, its produce braking force is higher, too. The air pressure is 0.1Mpa to 0.7Mpa. For example, when air pressure is 0.7Mpa, steel friction panel diameter is 350mm, DBG103 and DBG203 braking power is 270N.m; DBG104 and DBBG204 braking force is 360N.m; DBG105 and DBG205 braking torque is 520N.m. So we can conclude that braking force is determined by air pressure and steel disc diameter, steel disc thickness is no influence for it.
This air caliper disc brake is widely used in all kinds of working machinery, packing and printing machinery, rubber tire machinery, wire machinery, paper making machinery, stretch-wire machinery, stranding machinery, winding machine, trimming shears machinery, unwind machine, orientation machinery, tension controller and etc. Braking power can be adjusted via pressure regulating valve.
As above client usage case, this DBG-203 vertical caliper disc brake is equiped with 3# air cylinder head, it is used for clamping steel disk for stopping. After supplying air pressure, two friction pads forward and touch the disk. Through adjusting air pressure to regulate brake's braking force accordingly.
