QDD horizontal high torque caliper disc brake with air cylinder
QDD model horizontal type pneumatic caliper disc brake is a large braking torque friction type brake. It is normal releasing brake with air cylinder. Different model of this brake with different size of air cylinder, so they transmit braking torque is different, too.
There are two model of it: QDD-2, QDD-3. They can produce high braking force after inputting air source. This horizontal caliper disc brake is made by Handong in China with superior quality and competitive price. It max braking force can be reached to 4200N.m.
There are two model of it, QDD brake's outside is similar with DBH, while its braking force is larger than it. Following is the detail technical data of this type brake:
QDD-2 is used to clamp 12.7mm steel friction panel, while QDD-3 is suitable for clamp 30mm steel friction panel. They are equiped with different size of air cylinder, QDD-2 air volume is 200cm3, and QDD-3 air volume is 400cm3, so their braking force is different.
From this structure and technical data table, we will know that QDD-3 braking force is nearly twice of QDD-2. For example, when braking disc diameter is 300mm. QDD-2 braking force is 900N.m, while QDD-3 produce braking power is 1500N.m. Max braking torque of QDD-2 is 2400N.m, QDD-3 is 4200N.m. QDD-2 total clamping force is 7500N, and QDD-3 total clamping force reached to 12700N.
Each brake produce and package are strictly in our factory, to make sure each product with superior quality. Before dispatch, we will packed the brakes in carton box or non-fumigation wooden case well, so it is good for delivery by air or sea as needed.
