DBH Horizontal left and right installation caliper disc brake
DBH horizontal caliper disc brake is a little difference of DBG air brake, its air cylinder head can be installed on left or right as needed. It is according to user's air source inputting position.
DBH pneumatic caliper disc brake is a horizontal type friction brake. Horizontal caliper disc brake can be divided into three types, one is DBH103, DBH104, DBH105; second is DBH203, DBH204, DBH205; the third one is DBH383, DBH384, DBH385. They are named according to their braking disk's thickness and air cylinder head size. For the DBH383, DBH384, DBH385 their braking steel plate thickness is 38mm, it is special.
This air caliper disc brake driven by air pressure, no electric spark, anti-explosion, safe and reliable. Braking force can be adjusted at random, torque range is wide. Good heat dissipation, lining is wear-resistant, two-cut type is easy for replacement. Following is the detail technical data of this DBH air brake for your reference:
Friction pads of horizontal caliper disc brake is non-asbestos material, it is durable with small noise. Old type friction pads is with screw structure, like Niika. Our new friction pads with spring structure, it is convenient for replacement. The new friction pads is composed of friction linings, torsional spring, small segment three parts. Loose the clamp bolts, taking out friction pads and changed to a new pair frictio pads is enough. It is greatly save exchange time and easier.
DBH model horizontal type air caliper disc brake characters:
1.Good heat dissipation. It is driven by air pressure, compared with electromagnetic brake, air caliper disc brake with large thermal capacity, can be used in high frequency, continuous slippage situation. Because it is not driven by electromagnetic, so it will not damaged by overheating, even temperature up, it will not reduce torque.
2.Wide torque adjustment. Change torque via adjust air pressure, prevent overload gate, tension control, soft start and stop.
3.Driven by air pressure, safe and reliable, will not produce electric spark. No-asbestos lining with good wear and heat resistant.
4.Air caliper disc brake response time is fast 20% than electromagnetic brake, smooth linking and easy braking torque adjustment.
5.Long service life, simple maintenance and good heat dissipation. Thicker lining, its service life is longer 2.5-5 times than electromagnetic brake. Because of integrated structure, installation and operation is very easy. Lining is convenient for replacement.
It is widely applied in working machinery, construction machinery, steel rolling machinery, stretch-wire machinery, stranding machinery, winding machinery, gantry crane, paper making machinery, ship, trimming shears machinery, unwind machinery, orientation machinery, tension controller and etc.

There is a steel friction plate of trolley, as usually this trolley is working, when it needs to stop, inputting air source, brake friction pads clamp steel plate for stopping.
