HMC-H Hand movement caliper disc brake for tire machine
HMC-H hand movement caliper disc brake is a small size clamp brake by manual. It is operated by hand, through regulate handwheel rotating angle, so that to make brake force adjusted. Handong made this caliper disc brake with superior quality, it is easy operation and good performance. Braking force adjusted via regulating handwheel rotating angle.
There are some models of it: HMC-1H, HMC-2H, HMC-3H. Following is the detail technical data of this brake for your reference:
HMC-H and HMC-A two types of small caliper disc brake have a common character, that is HMC-1H, HMC-2H and HMC-1A, HMC-2A are suitable for small size disc diameter braking. For the HMC-1H, HMC-2H two models brake, they are only suitable for disck diameter is 150mm, while HMC-3H brake can be used to brake disc diameter reached to 600mm, so its max braking force is about 350N.m.
From above technical data we can see that HMC-1H, HMC-2H are suitable for 6mm thickness steel plate clamping, and HMC-3H is suitable for 10mm thickness steel plate clamping. This HMC-H type caliper disc brake is a special made brake, its braking force is controlled by handwheel rotating angle, when its angle larger, its braking force is higher. For example, when handwheel rotating angle reached to 190°, HMC-1H braking force is 26N.m, when its angle reached to 385°, HMC-1H braking force is 38N.m.
On the other hand, HMC-H braking power is also varied as braking disc diameter, disk diameter larger, its braking force is higer, too. For example, when steel disc diameter is 150mm, HMC-1H braking force is 38N.m, HMC-2H braking force is 48N.m, HMC-3H braking force is 60N.m.
This mini caliper disc brake with small size, it is clamp braking disc, braking disc diameter is more than 150mm, and it can be used some pieces together to increase braking force in a certain time. It is extensive applied for wire and cable machine, wire winch machine, wire winding reels, small vehicles, roll winding and unwinding machine, rubber tire machine, packing and printing machine and so on.
In this case, HMC-H caliper disc brake is used for braking steel plate for paper unwinding machine. Through rotating this brake's handwheel to adjust steel plate's braking force accordingly. It is easy for operation.
