IR corrosion resistant thermal insulation pump

IR corrosion resistant thermal insulation pump is a single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is the derivative of IH chemical centrifugal pump and mainly used in chemical, chemical fiber, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical and other industries to transport solution medium with high freezing point (or high crystallization point temperature) and corrosive high temperature liquids.

 

Technical parameters

The design pressure of the pump at room temperature is 1.6mpa

Flow Q=3.4 ~ 460m3/h

Pumped medium temperature is not higher than 250℃

head H=3.6 ~ 132m

Note: Our factory can also produce thermal insulation pumps of other materials according to the needs of customers.

 

structure

IR thermal insulation pump is horizontal radial part rear door structure(do not remove the pipeline during maintenance).

Body is axial suction, radial discharge intermediate support.

The bearing is lubricated with thin oil and the bearing stand is fitted with an oil level gauge and a water-cooling device.

The insulated steam line of the pump is connected with the external insulated steam system through flange or screw mouth.

The pump and motor are connected with an extended detachable coupling
