Dual row Eaton Airflex drum clutch brake 24CB500

Air driven tube expanding element, it can be used as a clutch or brake according to its installation mode and need. This element is usually connected with spider, drum and drum hub to be a complete structure for industrial usage. It has single row and dual row element, as usually, 20CB500 model or larger can be made in double row.

20CB500 pneumatic drum type tube clutch is with superior quality, it can replace Eaton Airflex series tube clutch and brake very well with competitive price. 20CB500 is also called SH-20, SY-508, it is driven by air pressure. 

When it is used as a brake, injecting air source, air tube will be expanded and pushed friction linings forward to grip drum hub, so as to making rotating part stopped, after exhausting air source, air tube deflated, friction linings released drum hub, rotating part working continously. When this CB products worked as clutch, it is used to connect power part and driven part, so as to transmit power from driving part to driven part after inputting air pressure.

As usually, this CB products with large model will be packed in non-fumigation woode case for dispatch, so as to protect this Airflex element very well. In the wooden case, we will fill in some anti-vibration foam in the circle of air tube CB products for good protection.
