NAB air shaft brake is a regular and standard type friction brake. It is composed of cylinder, piston, piston, friction plate, bushing cover, cone-shaped bushing with wedge, bearing, guide parallel pin, return springs, sealing parts (O-ring) and fastener. This NAB air shaft brake is design and made by Shanghai handong company, it can replace NIIKA NAB pneumatic brake, HAC HDB air brake, ASAHI BSB shaft mounted brake with good quality and competitive price. There are two modes of it: NAB-S and NAB-T. The NAB-S type brake is without taper bushing, it is refer to small torque brake, for example NAB-0.2S, NAB-2S, NAB-5S, NAB-10S; NAB-T type brake is with taper bushing, it is specific to larger torque brake, such as NAB-10T, NAB-20T, NAB-40T, NAB-65T.
NAB model pneumatic brake is industrial friction type brake. It can be used as a brake and tension controller. It is composed of cylinder, piston, aircraft, friction plate, return springs and others. This brake relies on air pressure to brake, return springs to release. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes piston aircraft and friction plate pad move towards and compressed shaft attached lining disc, disc and other rotating parts stopped, brake braked. After exhausting air pressure, piston aircraft and friction plate are separated with shaft attached lining disc by return springs, brake released.
It can well released heat generated from friction via cooling plate mounted on disc with hub. Friction plate is two-cut style, using screw driver to take out head inside screw through hole of disc with hub, it is convenient to replace friction plate with complete structure.
This pneumatic brake is widely used in rubber tire forming machine, food machinery, printing machinery, packaging machinery, tire machinery and other machinery.
