QDF-2 China factory supply horizontal clamp plate air brake
QDF China factory supply horizontal clamp plate air brake is also a kind of friction type brake, it is used to braking friction panel. There are two models of it: QDF-2, QDF-3. They can produce high braking force after inputting air source.

There are two models of this caliper disc brake: QDF-2, QDF-3. Their braking pads distance is the same 12.7mm, that is to say, QDF-2, QDF-3 they are suitable for friction pads thickness both 12.7mm.
Pneumatic brake QDF-2, QDF-3 braking force is different, it is changed as braking disk diameter. When braking disc diameter is 300mm, QDF-2 braking power is nearly 900N.m, QDF-3 is 1500N.m; when braking disc diameter is 711mm, QDF-2 braking force is 2400N.m, QDF-3 is 4200N.m.
