DBH384 normal releasing air engagement friction brake
Compared with DBG vertical mounted caliper disc brake, DBH is a kind of horizontal mounted air friction caliper disc brake. It has left "L" and right "R" two types, that is the air inlet port from left or right, it depends on customer working situation. There are nine models of this horizontal caliper disc brake: DBH103, DBH104, DBH105; DBH203, DBH204, DBH205; DBH383, DBH384, DBH385.
As usually, DBH horizontal air applied disc brake braking force is twice of DBG vertical air caliper disc brake. And it is heavier than DBG clamper. Following is the technical data of it for your reference:
DBH383, DBH384, DBH385 are suitable for braking steel disc thickness is 38mm. From above table we can understand that their braking force is the same with DBH10 and DBH20. Such as 600mm braking disc diameter, DBH384 braking force is 1280N.m, it is the same with DBH104 abd DBH204's.
For this type of friction brake, it is can be used for high speed linking and rotating. Its max rotating speed reached to 2200r/min. The braking disc diameter is 260-600mm.
