The following is a brief introduction of the dissolved air floating machine:
One, air floating machine
The micro-bubble generator, a new and efficient gas-dissolving equipment, is adopted to dissolve gas into the water instead of the traditional air-sucking equipment, and several inclined pipe groups are installed in the air-floating area, including the box body, slag scraper and spiral discharging machine to form a complete air-floating water purification device.Theoretically, the treatment effect of air flotation is not directly related to the residence time, but only related to the floating area. If the floating area of water depth H is reduced to water depth H/10, the floating distance and residence time will be reduced by 10 times. This is known as the "shallow pool theory".The purpose of adding inclined pipe to the air floating area is to increase the air floating area, greatly reduce the Reynolds coefficient, avoid the air floating in the turbulent state, create a good laminar flow state, achieve the effect of shallow air floating.
Similarly, when the density of suspended matter is greater than 1, the effect of shallow pool precipitation will be produced due to the installation of inclined tube group, so that the precipitation can be carried out under turbulent flow conditions.The pollution materials with large particle size and large proportion, which are not easy to float, will be concentrated in the mud collecting area to achieve the purpose of clean water.
According to the water flow can be divided into: flat flow dissolved air floating machine, up flow dissolved air floating machine.
Two, winter maintenance
Dissolved air flotation is suitable for the treatment of low turbidity, high chroma, high organic matter content, low oil content, low surfactant content or with algal rich water.Compared with other air floating modes, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact pool.But its technology is complex, the power consumption is large, the air compressor noise and other shortcomings also limit its application
1. Check whether the inlet sewage pump and the reflux pump of the dissolved air float machine are frozen at work every day, including lubricating oil of the water pump, tightness of the packing, sealing of the bottom valve than the filling oil of the air compressor, etc.
2. Check whether the air filter cutting of air compressor is frozen to judge whether the air compressor is in normal operation and whether there is noise and heat.
3. Check whether the drive part and the scraper of the slag scraper become hard and broken in the cold state, so as not to affect the use.
4. Pay attention to the storage tank stirred by coagulant to avoid freezing, and often do small sample tests.
5. Check the valve pipeline of each equipment to avoid blockage of the valve pipeline, and place it in the position of "on" or "off" as required.
6, shut down must be clean water, so as to avoid ice jam.
Iii. Scope of air floatation machine:
1.For chemical wastewater and paint, COD removal rate of 74%, chroma removal rate of about 93%.
2.Printing and dyeing wastewater chroma removal rate up to about 90%, COD removal rate of about 60-70%, BOD removal rate of about 50%.
3.The turbidity of drinking water and industry can be purified to less than 5 degrees, and it has a good effect on reducing the oxygen consumption of chroma
4.Oil and grease in oil refining wastewater can be reduced to less than 10 mg/l.
5.The total content of heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater, such as zinc, copper and lead, is less than 50PPM, and the removal rate can be more than 70%.
6.The fiber recovery rate of papermaking white water is about 95%, COD removal rate is about 86.7%, and clean water is completely reused.
7.The turbidity of the bath water in the large pool can be stabilized below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water have a large decrease.
8.The COD removal rate of food slaughtering and tanning wastewater is about 70%, and that of suspended solids is about 90%.
