Introduction
Our GZG series vibrating feeder adopts two vibrating motors rather than the normal motor plus vibration exciter structure as the vibrating device. The whole structure becomes simpler, smaller, and lighter. The work noise is also very lower. The reliable and energy-saving motors can feed material stably. The vibratory feeder has much bigger conveying capacity and is easy to be installed and maintained.
Principle
In our vibrating feeder, two identical vibrating motors are rotating synchronically and oppositely. Thus the vibration absorber supported feeder can move linearly, and the material can move forward and get loose immediately once fall into the trough.
Feature
This vibratory feeding machine can be used for rapidly and evenly discharging blocky, granular, and powdery materials from storage silo and hopper to the receiving mechanism. The feeding rate can be changed by adjusting the motor's exciting force.
