The flapping standard vibrating screen machine is referred to as flapping screen for short. Working principle:The motor drives the gear to the main shaft through the synchronous belt. After the gear is changed, the main shaft rotates at the required speed. The main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the slide plate reciprocate, and the test screen installed in the slide plate tray shakes left and right. After rotation, the jack gear hits the jack through the cam, and the jack makes the beater hit the test sieve up and down, so that the materials in the test sieve and the sample sieve reciprocate and vibrate up and down, making it smaller than the mesh of the test sieve. The material particles are sieved into the lower test sieve, so that the layers are screened so that only the materials with the same particle size are left in each test sieve. To achieve the separation of different particle sizes and determine the particle size composition of this material.
It widely used in grain medicine powder coating stone sand chemical industry.
