Introduction:
Dewatering Screens are used for separation of solids from liquids. They are used in mining sector for high level screening, dewatering and draining applications of coal, gold, iron, lead, chrome, sand, etc.
Working principleTs dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. Motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. when dual-motors start to work,centrifugal forces which generate by the eccentric models will superposition themselves and forming a single direction vibration. The high frequency drive vibration drive of the screen will line move back and forth in line repeatedly.
1. High working frequency, heavy vibrating intensity, low moisture of product on the screen, high
capacity. When used for tailing dehydration, it can get higher solid recycle.
2. The adoption of auto-synchronization principle, motor drives vibrator by tyre coupling, the structure is simple and the noise is low.
3. Side push plate of screen surface adopts to polyurethane material, long service life, and it can protect the frame efficiently.
4. Single deck or double deck design
5. Incline or horizontal installation
6 Screen media: rubber, polyurethane, woven wire or perforated.
7. Suspension: steel coil springs or molded rubber buffers.
