BTC positive air engagement multiple tooth clutch is flexible coupling assemble, it is required in-line coupling applications and are available in single or double flex designs to provide high misalignment capabilites with high torque. Shaft and flange mount are available as needed.

BTC model pneumatic shaft clutch is tooth and tooth connect clutch, multiple tooth position connect, transmitting high power accurately without slippage since up and down tooth fits exactly one and another.

This pneumatic positive air engagement tooth clutch can be attached to the clutch for offset shaft application. Tapped holes are provided for ease of mounting. 

Pneumatic tooth clutch are normally engaged in slow or stationary. They are not intended for use in most cyclic applications or high speed engagement. In certain situation, tooth clutch can be engaged at different speeds, transmit different power. Details of it in this table:
