Vertical type pneumatic caliper disc brake
DBG pneumatic caliper disc brake is a vertical installation brake. It is friction type air applied brake. After supplying air pressure, two friction pads clamped braking disc plate, making it stopped. After exhausting air pressure, springs make two friction pads back, brake released, then braking disc plate rotating continous.
There are six models of it: DBG103, DBG104,DBG105, DBG203,DBG204,DBG205.The DBG103, DBG104,DBG105 three models air caliper disc brake is suitable for braking disc thickness is 10mm braking. And DBG203, DBG204, DBG205 three models pneumatic caliper disc brakes are suitable for 20mm braking disc thickness plate. Although their thickness is different, while they produce braking force is the same for same diameter braking plate. Detail you can see it:
From above table, we will know that when the braking disc diameter is the same, DBG103 and DBG203 produce braking power is the same, DBG104 and DBG204 generating braking force is the same, DBG105 and DBG205 also the same. While DBG103, DBG104, DBG105 creat stopping power is different. For example, when disc diameter is 500mm, their clamp force are 390N.m, 520N.m, 780N.m is separately.
